Making a mandolin is a labour-intensive activity. Because of the beautiful, but complex teardrop-  shaped bowl, each stave has its own twist, form, and curve. For every part of the making process, specific and custom-made tools are used. 


Cracks, warping of the wood, buzz noises, loose braces, worn-out frets, ... An instrument can become unplayable for a number of reasons. If you have a specific project in need for restauration, get in touch!
